How does it work?


Theater Admin Portal is designed to be a centralized location for the administrative tasks of performing arts centers. All users will be able to communicate, plan and collaborate effectively and easily on every production, all from an integrated interface.

At the heart of TAP is an advanced access management system. All users log into the same portal, however administrators set up specific permissions and groups depending on the requirements. Everything if fully customisable to meet your institutions specific needs.

Casting

The casting department is constantly reviewing documents, scheduling auditions and maintaining client records.

With TAP, the Casting team can set some clerical tasks aside by allowing hundreds of applicants at a time log in, create accounts, submit documents and sign up for audition time slots.

When the casting team creates audition times, applicants can immediately begin registering for a time that is convenient for them. Once users register for a time,  TAP automatically contacts users with changes and confirmations, so you can focus more of your time and energy on reviewing candidates and less on your inbox.

When it comes to audition day, the check in process is digitally streamlined with an easy to use interface that allows directors and staff in the audition room to always have the latest information on who has confirmed their time and arrived on location.
